"Limited Lifetime Warranty

New floating pontoons built by Prodock Construction Inc. are covered by a 25-year conditional warranty against leakage. This warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the floating dock pontoon.
The information below outlines the warranty coverage. To activate the warranty, you must complete and submit the warranty form at www.prodockmarine.com within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Prodock Construction Inc. guarantees all of its floating dock pontoons to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring they will not leak under normal use for the duration of the warranty period. “Normal use” is defined as the pontoons being placed and used in fresh or saltwater. It does not include instances where the pontoons come into contact with the lake bottom, ground, or are stored on hard surfaces.

This warranty applies solely to the floating dock pontoons and does not extend to other dock components or accessories, which may be covered under separate manufacturer warranties. The warranty becomes void if damage results from misuse, negligence, or intentional actions by anyone other than Prodock Construction Inc. It is valid only within the United States and Canada.

No other express warranties or guarantees made by any individual or organization regarding Prodock Construction Inc. products are binding on Prodock Construction Inc. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties, express or implied. No implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply to Prodock Construction Inc. products and are expressly disclaimed.

If you believe a product is defective under the terms of this warranty, it must be returned to Prodock Construction Inc. for inspection. If found to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished product at the discretion of Prodock Construction Inc. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty replacements or repairs do not extend the original warranty period. All repairs or replacements must be performed by Prodock Construction Inc.

The customer’s exclusive remedy for defective products under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. Under no circumstances shall Prodock Construction Inc. be liable for loss of profits, savings, convenience, equipment or service costs, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the product—regardless of the legal theory involved, even if Prodock Construction Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will recovery exceed the original purchase price of the product.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or property arising from use or misuse of the product. Prodock Construction Inc. is not responsible for any third-party claims. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unless otherwise specified, this document represents the complete warranty agreement between both parties. It outlines the scope of liability and terms of the agreement. By purchasing the product, the customer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this warranty.

Any Warranty on woodwork or lumber section on dock is null and void if the dock /add/or components are not installed by Prodock Construction Inc. or supervised in person by Prodock Cobtruction Inc. Employees.
